Treatment Coordinator/
Sales Specialist
We require a driven, passionate, tenacious salesperson who thrives under pressure, is confident and outgoing and loves to hunt for new leads. The role is responsible for generating new business for the clinic and creating opportunities for new client recruitment through events, referrals, local businesses, networking and leveraging the national marketing plan to create leads for our membership programmes. You’ll be the type of person who has high expectations of yourself and others, who is smart and expects to work with smart people and you will absolutely thrive on engaging with our customers and achieving results.
Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you will work alongside a fabulous team of like-minded professionals including our Beauty Therapists and Registered Nurses (our Caci Cosmetic Injectors). We offer full training in our sales processes and ongoing support and coaching to help you succeed in the role and each year you will attend the Caci annual conference and connect with the other ~30 Treatment Consultants within Caci across New Zealand.
Your background, experience and personal attributes will include:
•A passion for sales
•A proven track record in achieving strong and consistent sales results
•Polished and professional personal presentation
•Outstanding interpersonal skills with excellent listening skills and strong empathy
•A confident manner with a positive, motivated outlook on life
A background or interest in skin and beauty would be an advantage, however the ability to sell our fantastic programmes, treatments and products is the most important aspect of this role.
Registered Nurse –
Appearance Medicine
Your key responsibility in this role is to provide appearance medicine treatments to clients of Caci, including Botox, Juvéderm and VPL. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that every client has an outstanding end to end service experience in the clinic.
We offer ongoing support and coaching to help you achieve your goals along with ongoing in-house training at our dedicated training academy for you to truly develop your career in advanced treatments. Each year you will have the opportunity to attend the Caci annual conference and connect with the other Caci Nurses across New Zealand.
You will work with a fabulous team of like-minded professionals including our Treatment Co-ordinator and Beauty Therapist/s. Already, you will be an effective communicator and have confidence about communicating with clients about treatment information, and describing the benefits of ongoing treatments and skincare.
The following background, experience and personal attributes are preferred:
•A NZ registered nurse qualification with current practicing certificate with a minimum of 2-3 years general nursing experience
•VPL certification
•Experience with appearance medicine injecting strongly preferred
•Be well presented and passionate about appearance medicine
•Feel comfortable promoting products and services to our clients
•Be proficient and confident in using computers
Beauty Therapist
We reward our therapists with top hourly rates, as well as commission on retail and monthly incentives. We love to celebrate our successes, both big and small, so each year we give away 5 trips to LA and you also receive product buying privileges, treatment allowances and staff awards. •Recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy and Electrolysis
•Ideally also certified in either VPL, IPL or Laser
•Expert skin knowledge with a hunger to learn more both on and off the job
•Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills
•Polished and professional personal presentation
•A positive, professional approach with confidence in a retail environment
